Ingredients
• 4 (6 oz.) fillets catfish fillets
• 2 tbsps. dried parsley
• 3/4 tsp. paprika
• 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
• 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp. dried basil
• 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
• 2 tbsps. lemon juice
• 1 tbsp. butter, melted
• 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Direction
• Heat oven to 175°C (350°F) beforehand.
• In a 9x13-inch baking dish, place catfish fillets. In a small bowl, mix black
pepper, basil, oregano, thyme, paprika, and parsley together; then use the
herb mixture to dredge over fish. In the second bowl, add garlic powder,
butter and lemon juice, mix well; use butter mixture to drizzle over fish.
• In the preheated oven, allow fish to bake for about 20 minutes until fish is
easily flaked with a fork.
