Ingredients
• 1 1/2 lbs. catfish fillets
• 1/3 cup tahini
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Direction
• Heat an oven to 190°C (375°F) beforehand. Grease a baking dish and place
the catfish in a single layer.
• In the preheated oven, allow to bake for 45 to 60 minutes till the fish easily
flakes with a fork.
• In the meantime, mix lemon juice, water, garlic, and tahini together; use salt
for seasoning. When the fish is properly cooked, cut into 1 inch cubes, and
spoon the tahini sauce over top. Dredge with parsley for garnish.
