Ingredients
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
• 5 (5 oz.) fillets catfish
• salt and ground black pepper to taste
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 1/2 lime, juiced
Direction
• Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet. Stir garlic and cilantro into the
melted butter; allow to cook for about 1 minute.
• Use black pepper and salt for seasoning catfish fillets; gently place into the
butter mixture. Lay a cover on the skillet. Allow fillets to cook for 10
minutes, flip, and keep cooking for about 10 more minutes until the fish gets
lightly browned and flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lime juice and
lemon juice squeezed over the fillets.
