Ingredients
• 24 oz. cooked and cubed lobster meat
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 2 tbsps. thinly sliced green onion
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
Direction
• Set oven at 175°C (350°F) and start preheating.
• Combine lemon juice, 1/4 cup of melted margarine, green onions, cheese
and bread crumbs in a small bowl. Put aside.
• Put lobster meat into 6 ramekins. Pour 1/2 cup of melted butter or margarine
on top of the lobster and dredge bread crumb mixture over.
• Put the ramekins in the oven and bake until topping turns browned, about 25
minutes.
